Welcome In Astwood Bank we have combined Fund Raising and Fun and this has become the key to the success of our Carnival which since 1988 has raised over £190,000 for local charities. Astwood Bank Carnival is all about Community involvement bringing together the local schools, the cricket club, various social and self help groups, the churches and the pubs to create a fun atmosphere within the fund raising events that run throughout the year. Carnival Weekend is the culmination of these endeavours. This year we continue with the Back To Basics concept that worked so well last year, see the Events Diary for more details.
